Gone are the days you feel like you’re on a ‘diet’ struggling to get past the first few weeks. We also simplify the process by getting you focussing on 2 things; calories and protein.
We deliver training programmes that get results in the most effective way - without you feeling burnt out. You will have the flexibility to choose a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day gym or home based training programme to suit your lifestyle. Access to our exclusive training app with video demonstrations is provided, a place where you can track your training sessions.
Community is a huge part of our 6 week fat loss challenge, wheree you'll be joined by other women who are all on a mission to take things to the next level! As a community we meet once a month.
